Jeffrey V. Nase is a former Administrative Law Judge at the USPTO Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences. He obtained a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. He is a registered Patent Attorney, has a J.D. from George Mason University and is a member of the Virginia State Bar. He began his career at the USPTO as a Patent Examiner in the mechanical engineering field and served as the Director of the Office of Petitions and Director of Patent Legal Administration prior to his appointment as a Judge. He retired from the USPTO in early 2006 to work at one of the largest IP Firms in the U.S. He is a Consultant to our Firm in handling Petitions and Appeals before the USPTO Board of Appeals and Interferences.
