Dinh Nguyen has a Biomedical Engineering, B.S. (biomaterials), graduate study in Biomedical Engineering and Biotechnology, M.S. His law study specialized in patents and intellectual property, and he obtained his J.D. from Georgia State University. He worked at the USPTO as a patent examiner, primary examiner and on special projects pertaining to the field of surgery, medical devices, and business methods relating to mechanical engineering, biotechnology, chemistry, as well as some computer and electronics applications.

Mr. Nguyen worked as a patent attorney at several law firms before joining our Firm to oversee the prosecution of chemical, mechanical, biotech and business methods patent applications. He is registered to practice before the USPTO, and is a member of the Georgia (inactive), Virginia (active) and D.C. (inactive) Bars.

He has handled patent prosecution of business method applications and reexamination proceedings, and assists in other law fields for our Firm’s clients.
