Our Firm includes members with two decades of extensive in-house experience assisting product managers in the adoption, clearance, registration, licensing and enforcement of significant new brands worldwide and in managing large corporate worldwide trademark estates for a large scope of branded products including chemicals, electronic materials, plastics and resins, and man-made fibers for the apparel and carpet industries. In addition, our Firm includes former USPTO trademark-examining attorneys who have extensively practiced in all areas of that agency including before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
